Terms and Conditions of Use

We know that you’re busy so we’re not going to waste your time with a lot of mumbo jumbo that you’ll probably never read anyway. Instead, we ask you to please read the following important text that spells out what you can expect of us; and what we expect of you in order to minimize problems and maximize your enjoyment of your Ourlife Fresh. Thank you in advance!

Order Deadline

All orders must be placed by Monday, 11:59pm for delivery the following Saturday (in some cases deliveries might arrive one day earlier).

If you missed the deadline, you can call us Tuesday morning to see if we can fit you in to our cooking schedule for that week. Otherwise, all late orders will automatically be processed and scheduled for the following Saturday delivery.

You may place your order either via our website at www.Ourlifehealth.com; or by calling us at 877-260-4687.

Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing us with correct and complete home address delivery information. If your package is undeliverable, or delivered to a wrong address as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or missing delivery information, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. If you discover any errors on your order form that could result in a delivery problem, you must contact our office by Monday of your scheduled delivery to correct any shipping errors. Any errors are the responsibility of the purchaser and so we ask that you please read the following:

Please check that your order information is correct, especially your reply e-mail address; delivery address, including apt # or rural route number; correct street name; zip code and the recipient’s phone # before submitting your order. Additionally please make sure that your credit card number, security code, and billing address are correct before submitting your order. (Note: this may be different from your delivery address and could be your old billing address if you have recently moved). You will not be able to complete your order without this accurate information and you will need to resubmit your order. This is for your protection as well as ours.

If you find any errors after you place your order, you must contact us by phone or email and receive confirmation of corrected delivery address. We will email you a corrected delivery address as verification of correction.

Order Changes or Cancellations

You may change your order, or cancel your order entirely, including auto-ship customers, up until Midnight Monday for the following Saturday delivery. You may cancel by phone or by email; you must receive a confirmation number for cancellation to be complete. All cancellations will incur a $10 processing fee to cover all costs and fees associated with processing your refund.

Receiving Your Meals

It is your responsibility to make sure that we have all information necessary for a successful delivery. If you live in a secure building, or gated community, please make certain that we have adequate delivery information to make sure that FedEx has access. We cannot redeliver your meals; therefore we have instructed FedEx to leave all packages at the door without signature authorization. Your food will be waiting for you at your doorstep in temperature-controlled refrigerated containers. All that we ask is to make sure your meals go into to your fridge no later than midnight Saturday. We are not responsible for spoiled food or a lost delivery due incomplete delivery information, or food that was not properly refrigerated by the Saturday deadline.

Fed-Ex Ground and Second Day Express Delivery Schedule and Terms

Delivery date and time is Saturday by 7pm. In some cases deliveries might arrive one day earlier.

We ship via Fed-Ex Home Delivery only. Deliveries can only be to a residential address. Fed-Ex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Sorry, no exceptions.

If you are planning to be out of town that weekend, please make arrangements to have a neighbor or friend take your package inside. We are not responsible for spoiled food that was not properly refrigerated by Midnight Saturday. Ourlife Fresh accepts no responsibly for damage or delay due to, negligence, mishandling or abuse by shipper or for acts of nature. We will, however, work with the shipper on your behalf to secure a satisfactory remedy for any claims against shipper.

Dietary Preferences and Restrictions

Ourlife Fresh is not responsible for any health problems you may suffer if you choose a meal or food item to which you or someone to whom you supply our meals are allergic to, nor is Oulife Fresh responsible if you select a meal that contains a food item that you do not prefer. We make every attempt to carefully list common food allergens such as tree nuts and peanuts, however, we will not be responsible for any injury or illness resulting from the consumption of ingredients which give rise to an allergic or other reaction connected to a pre-existing medical condition.

Auto Ship Terms of Use Agreement

You are ordering a recurring weekly meal service. There is no contract, no time limit, and no fine print. That said, in order to realize the benefits of this healthy and delicious meal service you should maintain the meal delivery service for several weeks to several months, depending on your health and fitness goals. You may cancel or suspend your delivery service at anytime, however, all cancellation requests must be received by email or phone no later than Monday at Midnight Eastern Time. If you cancel after that time you’ll receive the current week’s delivery as your last order.
