While all entrées are microwave-tested, you can also cook them in your oven right in their own containers. For best results, we actually recommend oven heating for all of our beef and pork entrées. Where oven-heating directions are not included on the package label, simply follow these general oven-heating guidelines:

Seafood 350 degrees 10-15 minutes
Chicken 350 degrees 12-15 minutes

Pastas/Casseroles 350 degrees 20-25 minutes
Side dishes 350 degrees 10-15 minutes

* Please preheat oven

Follow label instructions for steam venting the film-cover material. Place containers on a cookie sheet and put on center rack of a preheated oven. Carefully remove hot container and peel film cover away from you to avoid contact with escaping steam. Check for doneness and enjoy.
